Things You Need to Know

At Vintage Form, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.

Garments must be intact and unused with all labels attached. Clothing must be free of stains or odour otherwise, Vintage Form reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund and the garment will be sent back to the customer.

Costumers will be responsible for the return/shipping costs of the garments. Please use a courier with tracking system as Vintage Form will not be responsible for any lost garments. The returned garments must reach Vintage Form within seven days of purchase. Outside the 7th day deadline returns will be denied.

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you are displeased with it and wish to return it or exchange it.

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days
